Ghost in the Shell (1995) directed by Mamoru Oshii, is a sci-fi film that takes place far into the future where technology is incredibly advanced. People are capable of replacing parts of or their whole body with cybernetics. People can upgrade their brains to a cyberbrain, allowing them to directly connect them to the Internet. However, this also allows hackers to hack into the minds of people and implant false memories. The featuring of advanced technology and mindhacking are an inspiration for us.
